- Machine made up of 2 sub-assemblies for cleaning vine shoots in 2 successive operations, while preserving the integrity of the bud
- Cleaning means disbudding, pruning and de-stemming, as close as possible to the bud, maintaining a desiccation cone at an adjustable height

- Initial wood disbudding operation, by a front head equipped with 1 row of 6 knives installed on self-lubricating ball-bearing mounts driven by pneumatic cylinders
- Simplified and improved head lubrication system, with one cartridge per mount, refill once or twice per season
- Removable front head installed on hinges for easy maintenance
- Quick, adjustment-free assembly and disassembly of front head knives
- Automatic cleaning of front head knives by blowing and mechanical action
- Latest generation roller assemblies for wood feed, equipped with brushless motors to maintain high torque at low and high speeds
- Retractable roller assemblies for fast, tool-free servicing
- 2nd finishing operation for disbudding, pruning and de-stemming with 5 successive heads fitted with knives moving in a translational direction on a counter-blade. The height of the desiccation cone can be adjusted using guide shoes of different heights. The 5 heads cover the entire circumference of the vine shoot. The angular position of each head can be adjusted independently and manually to suit the variety being processed.
